i just finished reading this book and it is wonderful! it was a little hard to get into at first because it is written as a series of letters, but once i got used to that i really enjoyed it.
the book is set in post wwII europe. The main character is a writer who is looking for ideas for a new book and discovers stories about the people on an english island that was under nazi occupation.
i highly recommend this book!
