this is one of my favorite summer salads.
it's a really simple salad. ingredients are baby spinach, strawberries, feta cheese, red onion, and watermelon vinaigrette. the dressing is so delicious! but i think you can only buy it at HEB.
we had this salad along with some grilled rib-eye steaks and corn on the cob. the sweetness of the salad complemented the steak nicely.

That looks really good! We had grilled ribeyes for dinner last night also. H.E.B. had them on sale!
