i love family gatherings! it is always so much fun to be with everyone. this past weekend we all got together to celebrate aiden's birthday at emily and brian's home. emily threw a fun pirate themed party, complete with treasure map and buried treasure chest filled with goodies for the kids. we went swimming at the ochoa's and had delicious smoked chicken and burgers. it was such a fun day.

unfortunately i didn't get any decent pictures of the awesome pirate cake or the fun decor.
